As a Data Collection Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient data collection processes within our exchange. You will work closely with various departments to gather, organize, and analyze data to support our operational goals. This position requires shift work, and proficiency in Excel and bilingual capabilities in English and Chinese are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and organize data from various sources related to trading activities.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection processes.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations based on collected data.
• Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and implement solutions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management and security.
• Work flexible shifts as required to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in data collection or analysis is an advantage.
