Tasks / Duties:
To assist Consumer Marketing team in some of the campaigns.
Offline and online campaigns - to be involved in the execution of marketing campaigns in ASEAN countries to drive brand awareness and web traffic.
Development and execution of meaningful and contextual consumable premium content assets tools for owned, paid media and social media networks to improve web user optimization, usability, content and leads generation:
- To liaise with social media agency on monthly ed cal, including proof reading and approving of copy and proposed content
- To liaise with social media agency on social media posts for hands-on classes
- To respond to private messages/direct messages/comments on FB and IG
- To liaise with the Digital Transition department on eDM creation for tactical campaigns and roadshows
- To liaise with design agencies on artwork creation for small scale tactical promotions
- To be the point of contact for ad hoc requests from retailers – such as requesting of images, product information etc
- To liaise with GIT team on website updates, creation of product landing pages and tactical campaign landing pages
Preparation and delivery of brand offline online marketing communication materials:
- Download and consolidation of brand communication materials
- Checking of collateral materials – campaign materials Eg: checking of prices and information
- Helping out with sale event materials doing up simple posters and prepare materials
- Stock taking and tidying of POS and catalogues
- Help to download product images and update image folder
- Preparing POS/ catalogues/ promotional items
- Update specs excel sheet
- Liaise with delivery guys/courier services for collection & delivery of items
- Liaise/Follow up with vendors/agencies
- Prepare roadshows redemption letters and GWP lists
Media
- To liaise with local media for product testing and courier of appliances to local media offices
- To liaise with local media/PR agency to provide information, spec sheets and photos as and when needed
Administration
- handling requests from ASEAN countries
- Arranging catering for in-house meeting/events/trainings.
Requirements
- Local degree in Marketing
- Local university undergraduates in Marketing or related are welcome to apply
- Able to start work immediately
- To commit for at least 6 months
