Bossjob / Yolo Technology – Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of account for the company, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger etc
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet, intercompany reconciliations and process accounting transactions
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and quarterly GST submission
• Perform day to day operational activities including invoicing and payment
• Assist in financial year-end audit
• Other ad-hoc errands as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/ACCA or its equivalent with min 5 years of experience handling full set of accounts
• Knowledge of GST and local tax regulations
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Meticulous with an eye for detail, responsible, and have a good working attitude
• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Candidates will be consider for Senior Executive role, depending on experience
