1) Corporate Secretarial Assistant
Be a team member responsible for:- Attend to all aspects of corporate secretarial services including company formation/ deregistration. Maintain corporate statutory records. E-filing of documents with ACRA. Other duties undertaken by corporate secretary. Training will be provided
2) Wills & Trusts Assistant
- Understand and facilitate the process of drafting of a Wills
- structured training on various legal frameworks in Singapore (conducted by a lawyer)
- participation in Estate Planning Talks/Seminars at corporate organisations
- facilitate corporate executive health programs in collaboration with our panel of senior specialist doctors, for eg. Senior Cardiac Consultant, Gastroenterology, etc
3) Investment Junior
- Will be trained in Investments including Crypto-currencies, Forex, ICO, Unit Trusts, ETFs and etc
- Will be networking with Fund Managers/Fund Houses/Bankers/Corporate Finane Directors
- Suitable for those keen in Investments
4) Fintech Development Juniors
- Will be researching into areas of Financial Technology firms including the legislative requirements
- Will be setting up preliminary talks and involve in the setting up of the structure and process
5) Business Associate
- Trained in all areas above and provide support to director as a trustworthy right hand man
- Will follow director for meetings/business negotiations
- Invaluable experience for undergrads to network with Business Clients and understand about business out of the textbook!
- Only 1 position available . Stringent interview will be held to assess the suitability of the candidate
- Assist in the preparation of Financial statements for profit centres. Training will be provided
