BNG Consultancy (Pte.) Ltd. – Legal / Business / Accounting Internships

We are a Business Consultancy firm. Through our affiliates, we aim to provide a one stop solution for the emerging affluent and SME Owners in areas of Taxation, Business Planning (Including SWOT, Data-Analysis), Corporate Secretarial Services (Including Accounting) and Investments. Due to expansion, we are looking for the suitable candidates to join us in the following intern positions available:

1) Business Associate
Shortlisted candidate is supposed to go through training in Forex, Crypto, Business Law and assist the director in the day to day operations by preparing cash inflow outflow, income and expenditure statements in the various profit centre. You will also be involved in the supervision of a team by assuming a supervisory role. Those with leadership experiences are welcome to apply, accounting experience does not matter as simple training will be provided 

2) Investment Associate
Shortlisted candidates shall go through training in areas of Exchange Traded Funds, Securities Analysis, Unit trusts and shall be trained in investment theories. You shall network with Fund Managers on a very regular basis and understand the trends/investment strategies employed. 

3) Legal/Business Apprentice
Shortlisted candidates shall assist the lawyers into research into estate law, including the use of legal instruments such as Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives. You shall also be assisting the lawyer in areas of corporate secretarial services in shares registration, shareholders communication, reporting to statutory bodies, shares and capital issues and capital transferring

4) Digital Marketing
Shortlisted candidate shall assist manager in the areas of digital marketing including social media marketing, youtube marketing, researching into Neuro marketing and etc
