BN Business Consultancy (Pte.) Ltd. is set up as a private limited entity. Our business include the provision of business consultancy to our clients, which may consist of SMEs/MNCs.
Using an unique platform for our consultation, we are able to deliver
i) Marketing opinions
We provide the use of effective marketing solutions and opinions to deliver high impact presentations or marketing of our client's products/services. We use a variety of marketing strategies to achieve the results including digital marketing (For product awareness and leads generation), Telemarketing, Contents Marketing and etc. We are also able to tie up with our working affiliates which are proprietary owners of intellectual property rights characters, and the possible business use of such characters/proprietaries further enhance the marketing deliverable to our clients needs
ii) Business Planning
With us working with lawyers who are practitioners in their law firms, we are able to provide a comprehensive program for common business documents required in common business settings such as the NDAs, Shareholder's agreements, partnership agreements and etc.
For this internship, candidates will be trained on different part of business consultancy including
i) Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights Marketing
We invite our working partners who are able to share with the interns on the use of proprietary characters for marketing enhancement. Candidates will understand the use of such characters/proprietaries in events marketing and consulting, including understanding the use of merchandise in marketing
ii) Business Corporate Solutions
Candidates will understand the use of common documents applied in business settings. Besides understanding about common contracts and their implications, candidates may learn direct from the lawyers on business continuity planning and various corporate agreements
iii) HR Solutions
Candidates will understand about employee benefits program gleaned through our working affiliate,and the use of employee benefits program in corporations. Candidates will also attend and sit in talks with big corporations conducted by our lawyers/affiliates to understand further on employee benefits
During the internship, besides being trained in various areas, candidates will assist to attend to interested clients on simple corporate matters (Such as the formation of buy sell agreements/employee benefits program) done by our affiliates. Candidates may also sit in with tax consultant/lawyers/corporate secretarial services experts to understand the consultation business
Candidates specializing in Business/Accountancy/Marketing/Finance/Economics/Law/Banking/Mathematics or those with a genuine interest in areas of business consultation/consultation positions may apply
This is a 1 to 2 months internship program.
