BN Advisory (Pte.) Ltd. – Private Equity Training Program

We are opening up our Internship Program to undergrads. Undergrads who specialize/have an interest in the areas of Private Equity Investments/ Business/ Estate / Law may apply for our 3 weeks-4 weeks internship program.
Candidates may telecommute during the course of the internship 

NUS/NTU/SMU/SIM/SIMGE/SUSS/KAPLAN Undergrads may apply for the internship opening. Candidates in various universities (such as SIM) who might not be having school holidays in December can be arranged to embark on the internship program on their earliest availability

During the internship, candidates will be trained on 

a) Private Equity Investments 

b) Business Documents including the Non Disclosure Agreement, Company Constitution (Memorandum and Articles of Association), Partnership Agreement, Business Continuity Planning and etc

c) Trusts including personal and business trusts, Investment trusts including mutual funds

Job scope of the candidate:

• Candidates may assist to handle enquiries of clients digitally by understanding about the client's investment portfolio and estate objectives for us
• Candidates may also interview SME clients (Corporate advisory) on their business requirements for setting up various documentations/services rendered and to advise SME owners accordingly
• Candidates will also be tasked to carry out digital marketing campaigns for us in groups including designing, execution, market research & analysis 

Candidates may report directly to a supervisor or our assigned investment lawyer during the course of the internship. Candidates will also experience professional business settings in communicating with SME owners in various industries, thus opening up their professional network during this internship. Candidates will be trained in communicating in 'business languages' and carrying themselves out professionally when presenting to the clients who may be corporations/individuals

During the second phase of the internship, the candidate may report to a fund manager who is an economist by training and has assumed lecturing positions in private equities. Interns will be taught on portfolio constructions techniques and investment hedging techniques during the course of the internship

This internship is open to all local university students and undergrads pursuing degrees in foreign/overseas institutions.
