We are set up as a consultancy firm to provide corporate/business consultancy to our clients, of which some of them may be high net worth individuals. For the discerning individuals, our counsel can provide insights to areas of private equities, trusts, LPA and etc. For the SME owners, our tax consultant will provide services of tax preparation/gst reporting for your businesses. We are looking for interns who have an interests in law/business/tax/accountancy/audit/economics/finance. Undergrads in private Universities will be favorably considered
Consulting Internship (Training on Legal Instruments) - Undergrads/Fresh A levels reading Law or those interested in the areas of Private Banking may apply
Candidates are likely to be receiving/studying law or have interests in areas of Private Wealth Management/Private Banking
Those who are going to read law and have just/going to ORD welcome
Successful candidates will be put through a series of intensive training by lawyers and assist our consultancy arm (business consultancy) in the interview process.
1. Candidates will first interview individuals on their requirements. I.e. Wills/Beneficiaries/Trustees/Assets list/ Nomination
2, Candidates will interview SME owners on their requirements i.e. Business Wills/Succession planning/documentations needed (e.g. Non-Disclosure/Non circumvention/Partnership Agreement/Service Agreement etc)
3. Candidates will sit in with the profession to see how a consultation is being carried out
We are accepting students who are reading law in SUSS/Private Universities/Local Universities, or those who are keen in the areas of Private Banking/B2B consulting, or fresh individuals who will be reading law soon next year
