Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct review and analysis of commercial agreements to extract and identify legal data
• Develop, create and maintain contract databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance monitoring
• Coordinate and oversee project timelines while ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables
• Provide support to the legal team's daily operations through research, documentation, and administrative assistance
• Execute additional assignments and special projects as directed to meet evolving business needs

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled law student or recent law school graduate
• Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in commercial law, corporate transactions, and business legal matters
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments and communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Technologically proficient with strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new software platforms, particularly Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
• Solid understanding of corporate database management, document management systems, and legal technology infrastructure
