- Understand company needs to define systems that provide a solution
- Identify valuable data sources and automate processes
- Maximize efficiencies of business processes through automation
- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
- Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
- Present information using data visualization techniques
Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Studying in IT / Computer Science
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Experience with databases and project management software
- Strong problem solving skills
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
