Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Consultant on a variety of projects, including branding initiatives, business transformation, and ESG consulting in Malaysia and Singapore (70% remote / 30% in Singapore). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a tangible impact on businesses and the environment and are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Consultant in the planning, execution, and delivery of branding, business transformation, and ESG consulting projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Facilitate communication and provide regular updates to all stakeholders on project progress, plans, and changes.
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and proposals.
- Support the Lead Consultant in ensuring that project outcomes meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
- Knowledge of branding, business transformation, and ESG principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
