Job Description

 

  • Provide 1st level support for SAP ECC 6.0 application including other Business Application andwork with vendors to resolve issues. 
  • Respond and resolve any Application Supportrequests raised by users.
  • Deliver training to users.
  • Perform programming in SAP.
  • Assist user for UAT.
  • Handle General  MIS admin tasks such as:   
    • Review &maintenance of Application documentation;  
    • Participate in IT auditing/ ISO processes.
  • Handle and lead Ad-Hoc IT Projects as assigned by Supervisor


 Job Requirements:

  • Computer related diploma / degree. 
  • Highly analytical and good troubleshooting skills
  • Goodknowledge in SDLC and Application troubleshooting
  • Experiencein SQL, Visual Basic or Java
  • A responsible self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful team player with good organizational and communication skills
  • Self-initiative and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Fresh grad is welcome.
