Responsibilities:

• Assist in Social Media management and content creation, including social media and editorial writing
• Assist in writing reports and data analysis
• Provide digital sales support by taking calls and answering email enquiries
• Generate sales order, delivery orders, invoices & monthly sales report
• Responsible for providing administrative support for the day to day operations
• Responsible for daily reconciliation of inventory to ensure product availability and accuracy to meet delivery schedules
• To perform any other additional duties/ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager

Requirements:

• Good writing, communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
• Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast pace environment
• Digitally savvy candidates with some experience are preferred
