BizSquare Management Consultants – Admin & Marketing Executive

BizSquare Management Consultants, founded in 2013, is a one-stop loan consultancy company specializing in Small-Medium Enterprises (SME) consulting.

BizSquare was founded with a vision to be an accelerator, to empower the growth of SMEs and enable them to go beyond their current limits. We provide a wide range of consulting services to SMEs that are tailored to each business' needs. Services that BizSquare provides include business financing, business plan writing, financial projections, marketing and mentorship etc.

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Generating reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations slides, and conduct research.
• Maintain meticulous paperwork
• Do marketing campaigns and maintain social media exposure for the company
• Simple marketing research and updating websites
• Invoice and accounting matters for the company
• Keeping track of all other company administrative related matters.

Requirements:

• Singaporean or PR
• Education level: Nitec/ diploma and above 
• Meticulous and attention to details  
• Has a flair in design
• Familiar with social media management
• Able to adhere to milestones and deliverables with strong time management skills 
• Proactive, self-motivated and independent
• Some knowledge in finance will be advantageous but not a key.
