Responsibilities:
Manage and support projects related to the development of a centralized platform for hosting portfolios, a digital marketplace of casks, and software for value-added services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the ideation stage of projects.
Manage external tech consultancy in developing the B2B platform, B2C app, and other features, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
Shape project pipelines and test new builds, leveraging creativity and technical expertise to drive innovation and improvement.
Support the eventual transition to a technical director and chief product officer role by demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking in technical projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in project management and technical analysis, preferably within the software development or fintech industry.
Strong technical skills and proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Ability to manage external tech consultancy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
