Job Scope
Manage and handle portfolio SME companies
Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e. incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.)E-Meet clients and provide general advice on compliance requirementsPerform other admin or secretarial ad-hoc duties as and when requiredJob RequirementsGood interpersonal and communication skillsAble to work independently, multi-task and is meticulousFast pace working environmentFreshmen are welcome
