Job Description

Position for Outlet Supervisor/ Outlet Asst Manager / Outlet Manager


Job scope includes:

- meeting sales targets & motivating staff to hit target

- maximising profitability, managing cost control and setting sales targets

- report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

- competitors analysis and pricing & product recommendations

- planning, promoting, and marketing the business

- maintain visual/quality merchandising standards

- managing budgets, and maintaining statistical records

- suggest, prepare and display all store and marketing advertising materials

- developing SOP & ensure staff compliance to SOP

- recruiting, training, supervising and appraising front line staff

- ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

- dealing with customer queries and complaints

- in charge of shop front and working closely with head chef & kitchen staff

- work with kitchen to keep track of quality and new product recommendation / trend

- work with kitchen production level, wastage, fast and slow moving items

- inventory control & management

- rostering working hours of staffs

 

Job requirements

Must be able to read and write English

Committed to grow with company

9 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Hands on duties as front staff. Rostered to work front staff duties as well

Required to work to shift and weekends

Pay numeration according to experience & other requirement

Not available for S-Pass & E-pass holder as no quota
