• Maintain a high level of attentiveness and professionalism when facing customers
• Handle and manage all relevant documents, packages, and courier services
• Attend to customers' needs and ability to meet clients' requests and queries
• Responsible for escorting of clients to their respective destinations
• Up-selling of retail products in the booth to generate sales
• Escorting customers using an electronic buggy
• Observe and adhere to retail department's code of conduct policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and practices
• Any other ad-hoc assigned duties and projects
