Job Description

• Perform front desks duties – Answering of phone calls/ enquiries, scheduling of patient appointments, appointment reminders, helping patient with registration.
• Ensuring cleanliness of clinic (e.g. vacumm and wipe down high touch surfaces)
• Inventory control of clinic supplies. Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
• General admin work and ad-hoc duties
• Work shift is as follows : Tue 2-8pm, Wed 2-6pm, Thur 2-8pm, Friday 2-6pm. 20 hours/week
• $12/hour

Requirements

• Min. GCE N/O Levels and above
• Prior customer service experience in the Healthcare/Medical Industry will be an advantage
• Computer literacy essential. Experience with Clinic Content Management System (CMS) is a bonus.
• Fluent in conversational English and Mandarin
