We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our Asia Pacific sales and marketing department to support our business growth.
As a marketing intern, you will work directly with the Sr. Integrated Marketing Specialist and Communications Manager in the Singapore office. With your excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities, you will assist in executing a range of marketing initiatives and programs using your knowledge of marketing techniques and creative ideas.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the development of marketing (written, video, and image) content, including designs, layouts, infographics, booklets, presentations, photography, videography, email communications, social media, articles, etc.
- Support APAC sales team in any tradeshows, events, and conference planning, coordination, and execution.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, strategies, and planning.
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Liaise with external vendors, as necessary, including photographers, videographers, event organizers, etc.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices in marketing.
- Gather regional industry and competition intel for stakeholders’ consumption.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Current enrollment or fresh graduate in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field.
- Applied understanding of basic marketing principles.
- Passion for marketing and the general aviation industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Fluent in Chinese or Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral) is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Excellent project management & communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with multitasking.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience with the use of graphic design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Basic photography, image, and video editing skills is a plus.
