Beautifymee Pte Ltd – Operations Executive

Job Scope

• Management Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of part-time packers with daily operations
• Outgoing Operations
  • Picking, packing and checking of outgoing orders
  • Coordinating with logistics partners on collection schedule
  • Preparing of packaging materials (e.g. cut bubble wrap & paper, fold boxes)
• Incoming Operations
  • Recording stock quantity and tallying against the invoice.
  • Checking quality of incoming goods
  • Stocking in, tidying and arranging goods
• Stocktaking
  • Performing routine stocktaking of goods and inventory reconciliation
  • Performing routine stocktaking of packaging materials and ensuring sufficient replenishment
• Customer Service
  • Handling customers enquiries and special requests.
• Other Administrative or Ad-hoc Duties
  • Maintaining and updating of e-commerce platforms
  • Tracking of incoming goods to ensure all orders are timely received
  • Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of office

Salary

SGD 1,600 - SGD 2,200 (Negotiable)

Working Days & Hours

5 days per week

Monday to Friday: 930am - 630pm with 1 hour lunch break

• Bartley
• Air-conditioned office/warehouse

REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit
• Conversational + Basic Business English [Read, Speak & Type]
• Computer literate
• Detail-oriented
• Good attitude
• Willing to learn
• Independent worker
• N Level or equivalent and above
• Singaporean/PR preferred

Part-time Role

• $10/hour
• Able to commit 3 months minimum
