Responsibilities

• Assist in Accounts receivables (AR) and Accounts payable (AP).
• Enter journal entries for receivables and payables into software (Xero)
• Check and reconcile daily receivables from the Outlets
• Maintaining an accurate and complete financial record.
• Reconcile daily bank transactions
• Assist with filings to keep all records properly.
• Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Finance/Accounting tertiary or university education.
• Meticulous in handling sensitive information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Motivated to take on new challenges with a strong desire to learn more about accounting and office operation.
• Interested in F&B Industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
