Job Responsivities

• Assist and support the E-Commerce team on online campaigns implementation across multiple marketplaces
• Day-to-day campaign monitoring and generating of sales reports
• Content upload including new product pictures and descriptions on e-commerce platforms
• Maintenance of e-commerce sites and handling of enquires on market places (Lazada / Shopee / Brand website)
• Work closely with IT/merchandising team to ensure timely inventory management
• Work closely with order fulfillment team to ensure timely shipments
• Other ad-hoc tasks relating to online sales or as assigned by the E-Commerce Manager

Requirements

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing & Communications, E-Commerce or related disciplines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to start immediately
• Preferably able to commit for long-term internship (minimum 2 months)
