We are now seeking an enthusiastic and qualified individual to fill up the following position:

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Be the link between clients and the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the seamless and continuous acquisition of business opportunities by responding to their enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate resorts & hotels information to all clients, and efficiently coordinate requests received from FITs or Groups, under the guidance of the Sales Manager & Director of Sales and Marketing, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Obtain complete contact details of potential clients via e-mails/telephone calls for respective Sales colleagues to follow-up and development of accounts.
  • Collate reports and prepare presentation materials
  • The incumbent will be trained to perform report development and data-entry functions as designated by the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Undertakes any other duties/ projects as assigned by his/her Director of Sales and Marketing
