Job Description

As Aztech expands its global footprint, we are looking for dynamic and outgoing individuals with a drive for excellence to be part of our growth journey. The Management Associate Programme at Aztech is a 2-year programme that includes international work exposure with our affiliated company’s offices overseas leading to a rewarding career in Sales and Business Development.

The Job Role:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Source for potential business opportunities in the international markets
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and alliances to support business goals
  • Assist with customer presentation and presentation material
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, product presentation and project costing plan
  • Support business development by maintaining customer database and using it to prospect and qualify customers’ requirements

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Business, Marketing or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable to handle cold calls
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Driven and outgoing personality
  • Interest in IoT/ Electronic manufacturing services
  • Training will be provided for those without relevant experience
  • Travelling will be required as the programme will involve a rotation to our overseas office
