Responsibilities
- Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition
- Examine and interpret monthly price moves from competitors, and analyze volume trends in the company as they compare to the industry
- Recommend pricing strategies that align closely with the industry trends to improve sales volume or profitability
- Ensure pricing accuracy in various marketplaces and systems and align them with strategic goals
- Work with the sales and marketing team to develop and enact competitive pricing strategies and opportunities
- Address issues and concerns raised by colleagues relating to pricing suggestions
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive sales and enhance marketing efforts, and present findings to directors through meetings
Requirements
- Candidate must possess/be undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, analytics or a related field
- Fresh graduate/undergraduate with strong personality without experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience in doing data / business analysis preferred
- Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong mathematical skills with financial forecasting skills
