We are looking for an intern to join AxiomSL’s consulting practice to support its day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the APAC Head of Professional Services and alongside the regional project managers, the intern will have a chance to observe and learn how the operations of a consulting practice work. Working closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, Product Development, Legal and Support.

Job Brief
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Professional Services (Consulting) department
- Support the APAC Head of Professional Services and a team of PMs with their daily interactions with other departments
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting of client project implementations for management review
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Professional Services and PMs to act as the liaison between the consulting team and other Sales, HR, Product, Finance and Support departments
- Setup and track Professional Services Risk Register to centrally record key risks, impact, mitigation actions (proactive or reactive) and statuses
- Track and oversee the monthly review process of billing and invoices
- Support PMs with the drafting of legal consulting documentation (Statement of Works) based on standard vanilla inputs
- Centrally coordinate, track and monitor the Asia Pacific Professional Services timesheets including billables and non-billable
- Collate and standardize PM PSR packs for fortnightly meetings and circulation to regional/global stakeholders
- Consolidate Forecast reports for Australia and Singapore into a standard deck for management reporting
- Work with PMs & HR on interview workflows and candidate management across the hiring process
- Assist to further develop and standardize project documentation across the PS team
- Repository owner for all consulting methodology artefacts and collateral on Sharepoint and Confluence
- Financial Reporting (SoWs) by the client - total value, expiry/renewal tracking, remaining balances
- Assist to collate/manage the APAC service team’s high priority issues, risks, dependencies for related JIRAs/fixes across departments (e.g. v10, product & platform teams)
- Assist with event coordination and travel for all PS team members
Requirements
- Good attitude, sharp acumen and ability to pick things up fast
- Work under pressure and with simple instruction
- Excellent problem solver, independent and driven
- Advanced MS Powerpoint, MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors and discrepancies
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent
