Responsibilities

• Partner with team leader and assist in fulfilling clients' hiring needs
• Actively source qualified candidates and schedule interviews
• Able to do talent research and mapping to gain in-depth knowledge of target industries and companies; build and maintain a qualified candidates pool
• Leverage influencing skills and strategic thinking to drive a successful search process and help to build up internal search tools
• Independently manage work schedules and sales pipeline to achieve targets
