Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with team leader and assist in fulfilling clients' hiring needs
- Actively source qualified candidates and schedule interviews
- Able to do talent research and mapping to gain in-depth knowledge of target industries and companies; build and maintain a qualified candidates pool
- Leverage influencing skills and strategic thinking to drive a successful search process and help to build up internal search tools
- Independently manage work schedules and sales pipeline to achieve targets
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Strong ownership, results driven and attention to details
- Strong problem solving skills and learning agilities
