Job Description

We are looking for special projects Administrative Executives to join us! For a period of 2-3 months, you will work directly with one of our clients and be responsible for administrative/secretarial duties including:

  • managing invitations and RSVPs
  • liaison, coordination and arrangements for guests
  • updating of databases
  • organising and compiling of documents and submissions received
  • and to provide any miscellaneous assistance as required

Period: Now till End Apr 2019

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6.30pm

Job Requirements

  • NITEC/A-Level/Diploma/Degree holders or students pursuing the above are all welcomed
  • Prior events experience (even in school, CCAs or organising of personal events) is a plus but not compulsory
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Fluent in English
