Job Description

Study Abroad Administrative Assistant (Full-time & Intern)


Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and submission of student applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide administrative support for student cases, including document tracking and follow-ups
  • Monitor and manage incoming communications from schools (e.g. emails, notices, updates)
  • Translate and summarize key information from schools for students and parents
  • Provide ongoing case support, ensuring clear and timely communication between all parties
  • Assist in coordinating and, where required, accompanying students/parents for meetings such as school briefings or parent sessions
  • Collect, organize, and update application requirements, timelines, and materials for various international schools and universities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; prior experience in study abroad services or education industry is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and responsible
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF tools)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred, due to client needs
