We are a regional Robo-Advisor (autowealth.sg), based in Singapore. We are in the exciting FinTech sector and one of the earliest Robo-Advisory platforms targeting the retail market licensed by MAS.
We are like human financial advisor except everything from investment consultation, portfolio construction and investment management have been digitized and automated! Our proprietary algorithm outperformed ALL unit trusts with a similar global balanced investment mandate available in Singapore over the last 3 years. Yet, through automation, we are able to provide such services at approximately ¼ the fees of traditional financial services.
Since launch, we have amassed thousands of retail clients, Fortune 500 corporate clients & hundreds of millions of AUM and have since been featured on Channel NewsAsia, Singapore Business Review, Straits Times, Business Times, Zaobao and Fintechnopreneur.
We are strong believers in the lean start-up methodology – we hypothesize, try, fail quickly, learn, hypothesize, and try again.

What Specific Skills/Attributes Do You Need To Succeed?
- Passionate about innovating new features or products
- Fast learner and, more importantly, fast doer
- Excellent communicator and storyteller
- Excellent adaptability. “Be like water …” - Bruce Lee
- Growth mindset. Don’t think out of the box. Remove the box (why set imaginary boundaries?)
- Attention to detail - this double space should irk you
- Be technically competent
- Able to pick up programming languages just like *snap* (you don’t have to be a master at it)
- Be decent in front-end/ back-end and databases (CRUD operations)
- Familiar with source code versioning
- We will love you a little more if you have hackathon experience 🙂
What Should Your Background Be?
- Pursuing computer science, information security, computer engineering or relevant disciplines with sufficient exposure to technical work.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Your superpower is to ideate solutions to address any of the following 3 points:
- Enhance clients' experience
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Optimize internal operations
- You will be working with a Technical Project Manager and have direct access to the tech/team leads and the Cybersecurity Analyst to make magic happen.
