As a brand marketing assistant, you will be making sure both our new and existing products get the right attention they deserve. We trust you to bring your fresh ideas to the table. Job Description

Your key focus will be to:

  • Execute marketing strategies with activities that helps to create brand awareness, acquire new consumers and drive sales
  • Follow our brand guidelines and messaging strategies to effectively communicate our unique value proposition 
  • Manage our online presence, including social media platforms, content creation directions, and digital marketing initiatives 
  • Build an intimate relationship with customers by managing offline brand presence in the areas of sampling events, pop-ups and exhibitions
  • Track and optimise marketing performance by analysing data of activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team, including product development, design, sales and operations to ensure successful campaigns and brand management
  • Conduct regular market research to create/improve current marketing strategies
  • Be a team player – you have a collaborative attitude and work with a diverse team to drive results

Your day-to-day will include:

Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, track, and optimize marketing plan, campaigns, and new product launches to achieve overall business goals
  • Participate in the development of ideas and mechanics for all activities in the marketing plan
  • Assist with packaging, merchandising and communication development initiatives
  • Track and analyse results of campaigns and new launches in the market
  • Support and help to organise and conduct research projects to gather information from consumers, customers and the industry 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed and delivered on time.

Brand Management

  • Monitor application of the brand across marketing materials to deliver quality brand image consistently.
  • Maintain and update brand performance and assets.
  • Communication and Digital Content

Assist with development and manage production of marketing materials

  • Plan and execute all communications at relevant channels and touchpoints, including online and social media along the path-to-purchase
  • Brand & Product and work collaboratively on content, traffic generation (search marketing, display), SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and programmatic ad buying
  • Contribute to social media content creation includes but not limited to copywriting, design, and proof reading
  • Develop PR campaigns and work with digital media companies to get our stories out
  • Assist with the maintenance of all brand touchpoints including updates, design, and user experience
  • Monitor consumer feedback from social media to identify insights and opportunities to build more effective engagement

New Product Development (NPD) 

  • Support the Product Team with the research, insights generation and ideation to create a pipeline for new product development relevant to the target consumers.
  • Work with Product team, factory and other 3rd party vendors on the prototypes, regulatory compliance to the labelling laws and Food Act, as well as sourcing of suppliers.

Budget Management

  • Track and manage timelines and budgets for all marketing activities, including financial payments due to 3rd party agencies, businesses, suppliers
