AAL is currently offering a 6-month internship in the Human Resource department, that will give you an introduction to the everyday work of an HR Generalist.
The key responsibilities for the position include:
- Assist with the onboaring and offboarding of new hires
- Updating of employee data
- Assist with absence management
- Be involved in learning and development planning for the company’s world wide staff
- Assist in the recruiting process of new staff
- Help in organizing team events.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- People engagement skills
- Interest to deal with people from various background in an intercultural environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Interested in the shipping industry is an advantage
- You have the right to live and work in Singapore.
