As a Product Operations Intern, you'll be in charge of ensuring all product processes run smoothly.
In particular you'll be responsible to:
- Facilitate user interviews and other market research
- Oversee quality assurance checks on new features
- Analyse data to help product management make better-informed decisions
- Develop business processes to streamline product development
- Manage the many tools (for roadmapping, prototyping, etc.) the product team uses
- Consolidate customer feedback and communicate internally
