Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate good customer service and professionalism at all times

Follow company regulations, policies and procedures

Practice high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety at all times

Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils

Prepare menu compliant with recipes and given standards

Ensure all food served is consistent in terms of quality, taste and presentation

Track and date stamps food items

Minimize food waste

Suggest new ideas to further improve the customer experience

Ensure food display and counter is always tidy, well maintained and presentable

Serve customers and complete customer’s transactions

Prepare beverages and warm food at customer’s request

Be able to communicate what is organic, gluten or dairy free

Interact with customers

Able to work independently, as well as in a team to achieve targets and maintain standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ level or equivalent

Minimum 5 years kitchen experience in equivalent role

Intelligent and self-motivated

Good verbal skills

Basic in Microsoft Word/ Excel

Positive attitude

WORK HOURS
