Due to our strong presence in Asia, we are seeking a Research Assistant to join us and help with sourcing executives across different industries and placing them in positions that are well-suited for them.
The selected candidate(s) will work with our Executive Search team to research industries and locate suitable candidates for placement into top management roles.
The candidate will learn and be exposed to:
- Real world knowledge of working with local and overseas consultants
- Participation in regular meetings with team to discuss and form strategies for various projects
- Research – Gain thorough understanding of different industries and compile research to present at team meetings
- Mentoring – Certain individuals can help guide you through your internship and expose you to opportunities to which you can aspire
- Hands On – Being highly involved and overseeing search projects from start to finish
- Appreciate cultural difference in the Asia Pacific region

Schedule:
- 20 hours per week around intern’s schedule during the academic year and are dependent on individual project
- This is a research role with training and proper guidance at commencement. Selected candidates are required to be present for intensive assimilation at the start, and if appropriate later, remote work will be arranged with familiarity on the tasks and team work.
- Conduct research on different industries
- Assist in brainstorming and ideas planning
- Work closely with team and discuss research findings
- Perform analytical reviews and conduct research on a variety of clients across multiple industries
- Correspond with external parties related to projects
Job Requirements:
- Highly data driven
- Motivated, organized, and takes initiative
- Previous work experience would be advantageous.
- Enjoy interacting with people from different levels and cultures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
- Resourceful and possess good communication skills
