Job Description

M&A Analyst (Part-time)


1) Supporting the team on projects that are mostly Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”), IPOs / Reverse Mergers and Capitalraising. Target companies would be both mature and early stage companies.

2) Key skills required would be good presentation skills, ability to work alone with limited supervision and ability to work well with MS powerpoint, MS Excel and MS words. Ability to do financial modeling and valuation analysis is a MUST!

3) Carry out research to support the projects.

4) Produce powerpoint slides that will cover the key investment highlights, industry / macro matters impacting the target, company information, financial analysis etc…

5) Types of companies include local and international companies that are listed on recognised stock exchanges as well as early stage companies.

6) Able to prepare business decks or business plans pertaining leading up to prospectus for companies that are in the IPO process.
