The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Intern to provide financial, administrative and clerical services.
You will be actively engaged in the full spectrum of accounts receivable duties including sending payment reminders, following up on outstanding payments, and processing and monitoring incoming payments.

Your Mission
The role will be located at our corporate headquarters in Singapore.
· Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
· Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
· Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
· Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
· Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
· Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
You should possess:
· Singapore Citizenship, residence or eligible for Work Holiday Pass
· The ability to commit to a 6-month internship period
· At least a diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or relevant experience
· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
· Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
· Skills in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, VBA)
· Proficiency in English and in MS Office
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
