- IT Helpdesk Support, responding to IT Helpdesk tickets and queries.
- Provisioning of laptops and desktops
- Updating of assets records
- Setup of laptops and desktops
- Setup of networking switches (e.g. VLAN)
- Management of wireless network (e.g. Meraki)
