As an Operations and Sales Intern, you will learn the valuable ins and outs of the day to day logistics in the fast growing e-commerce vertical.

Job Description

Arden Teal Fashion Group is looking for an Operations & Sales Intern to handle day-to-day operations for the business and provide sales service to our showroom customers.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Packing of online orders
  • Updating daily stock balance
  • Performing monthly stock take and updating into inventory management system (Shopify)
  • Unpacking and organising new shipment arrivals
  • Coordinating stock movement with suppliers
  • Providing sales service to showroom customers
  • Showroom housekeeping and replenishing stocks on display

Requirements:

  • Highly diligent, conscientious, punctual and meticulous
  • Demonstrates ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A professional disposition and positive attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri: 11am - 8pm
