Job Description

Full-time / Part Time Admin Staff


We are looking for an administrative staff to join us. You will be largely responsible for helping our managers with administrative work and any ad-hoc duties. As an administrative staff, we need a highly independent and efficient individual who has relatively good communication skills and a great smile. Students are welcome to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Fixing of appointments
  • Provide secretarial support
  • Coordinate office activities and meetings
  • Perform ad hoc duties
