This position interfaces with other internal organization members (mostly Recruiters and Sales team). ANOTECH (by extension ALTEN) shows a very high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, multi-skills development and continuous improvement.
In order to support its growing activities, ANOTECH Singapore is looking for a Communication Assistants Intern for its Singapore Branch.
Thanks to regular communication actions, you will contribute to make ANOTECH Singapore shine and to maintain the link between its teams while being an actor of its image change.
In collaboration with the Recruitment Specialist Lead and Communication Manager, your missions will be:
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily communication actions: content calendar, posts, newsletters,
- Generate leads via our communication channels: search for candidates & clients, visibility of our projects, references & expertise,
- Assist in preparation of presentations and reports
- Propose new uses of our graphic and editorial guidelines while ensuring that they are respected in our offices around the world,
- Participate in the organization of events: team dinners, consultant days, seminars, etc...,
- Define and order goodies: needs, orders, "Welcome Pack", communication supports.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree. A first experience in an agency and/or in a consulting company is a plus
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Organized, creative, autonomous and have good interpersonal skills.
- Knows one or more communication tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, etc...)
