Responsibilities

• Provide general day-to-day administrative support to Operations Team - Customer Service
• This includes perform non complex system entries, handling of paper work like printing, scanning, filing, and keeping of documents.

• Assist in any other administrative matter assigned

Requirement

• Willing to learn and adapt to work quickly
• Uninterrupted and good attendance required
• Meticulous
• Good spoken and written English
• Candidates able to start in December 2018 and can commit until April 2019 would be most preferred (at least 3 months)

Working Conditions

• 5 days work week regular office hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
• 2-way company bus transport from Bukit Batok MRT station
