We are looking for a marketing intern to support the marketing team in content creation for Innisfree social media platforms and digital collaterals. He/She will assist in planning and executing activities to drive footfall and engagement.
A. Content Creation
- Create relevant local social media content to increase engagement and presence on social media
- Design digital collaterals for product launches and promotions
B. Event Planning
- Assist to plan and execute activities during product campaign to drive engagement and footfall to store
- Support in performance analysis and ROI of store events
C. Others
- Analysis of competitors
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects and duties from time to time.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Fresh graduates in marketing/ communications/ digital media with less than 1 year working experience
- Experience in creating TikTok vide content
- Experience in designing digital artwork
- Ability to create lifestyle images for Instagram and Facebook purposes
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator software
- Basic data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Eye for detail and flair for copywriting
- Passion in beauty industry
- Proactive with integrity
- Team player mindset
- Must thrive on challenging dynamic environment and be able to make things happen
- Self-starter with pride in personal & company performance
- High energy with positive ‘can do’ attitude, and result driven
