We are looking for professionals who are passionate about beauty and service, and is a highly motivated individual seeking to join AMOREPACIFIC Singapore.
The ideal candidate will take on the role of Key Account Management (KAM) Intern and be able to commit a full time internship from July 2021 to December 2021. He/she will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and support sales distribution and brand building activities for channel expansion within Singapore.
During this internship, the candidate will also gain good exposure with hands-on working experience to key account management in a global retail business, and work closely with Brand Team (haircare brands) to deliver brand objectives.
1.1 Account Management
- Execute the strategy of key account, helping channels to overcome challenges, and enabling a consistent online and offline brand experience to further enhances sales performance
- Monitor stock movement and brand promotions
- Coordinating supply chain and inventory management with suppliers
- Researching market data and monitoring competitors' promotions to helping key account to grow their sales as fast as possible
- Able to work as a team and independently in producing of campaign deliverables
- Manage and own reporting for weekly & monthly performance reviews
1.2 Content creation and marketing
Create fun and exciting campaign that is suitable for the brand or account (FMCG environment)
Content creation on brand social media platform to increase brand awareness and upkeep the latest trend
Collect data from different sources and do regular updates of different reports as per agreed
Help capture the key points and action items from different discussions and create actionable follow up plans
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications & Skill Sets:
Undergraduates in Business or related field
Passion for Account management/Beauty industry/FMCG environment
Possess excellent communication skills
Problem-solving skills with creative and critical thinking
Positive attitude with empathy towards all working partners
Knowledgeable and active in a range of current social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc).
Eye for detail and flair for copywriting
Strong team player with ability to meet deadline
Proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of design software (preferred but not mandatory)
