The incumbent will be supporting the person in charge of digital sales pertaining to the Brand in Singapore. They will be required to work closely with Brand Marketing to establish, develop and penetrate into E-commerce as well as deliver brand objectives.
Main Role
DIGITAL AND CREATIVE SUPPORT
Liaise with agencies and align our monthly brand strategy with our launches
Assist in the creation of additional ad-hoc images when needed (organic posting)
Plan and execute live streams for SHOPEE and LAZADA
Plan media list seeding together with marketing team
PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
To assist in the creation and adaptation of Monthly SIS banners and Campaign based banners needed for SIS and platform exposure
Maintain marketing calendar and liaise with enabler to ensure both parties are aligned
To assist in dropping stocks and GWP orders on behalf of the team
Monitor and flag out stocks which are nearly out of stock (OOS)
To assist in customer service during mega campaign periods
Schedule in-app broadcast/feed on SHOPEE and LAZADA
Assist in admin and ad-hoc tasks assigned
OTHERS
Raise Invoices for vendors (warehouse, vouchers, tax invoices, social media agency)
What We Are Looking For
Studying/Completed degree in business/marketing/communications/digital media
Passion for beauty industry
Strong interest in design work
Excellent interpersonal skills & strong team player with ability to meet timeline
Required knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, or design software
