Bluegum SG Pte Ltd – Warehouse Associate

We are the exclusive distributor for a successful British toy brand and our clients are reputable names in both the corporate and retail sectors based in South East Asia.  Our team is small and we are looking for a candidate to work with us for a period of six months.

• Receive and verify accuracy of incoming stocks (soft toys and books)
• Ensure workplace safety practices in the stockroom
• Ensure security of the goods in the stockroom
• Ensure and maintain stockroom cleanliness including sorting and placing the products in their respective shelves and bins
• Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of a computerised inventory systemSupport stock take activities
• Pick and pack outgoing stocks and ensure timely deliveries to customers
• Working with delivery personnel, courier and postal services to ensure stocks get to customers effectively and promptly
• Liaise with sea and air forwarders to ensure stocks are delivered to our warehouse swiftly upon their arrival in Singapore
• Manage returned and defective products to and from customers and/or suppliers
• Candidates will be roped in to participate in company’s projects like retail visual display or graphic design if they show capability or interests

Good, basic knowledge of Microsoft SW (Word and Excel)Application

A Levels, Diploma Holders and Undergraduates are welcome.

Expected Start Date: Immediate

Expected Salary : SGD800 to $1500 pm

Contract length: 6 months
