AMOREPACIFIC has an array of 37 brands, of which 6 are already in Singapore - Laneige, Sulwhasoo, Etude House, Innisfree, Mamonde and Hera.
The candidate will be supporting person-in-charge of digital sales pertaining to the Brand in Singapore, and working closely with Brand Marketing to establish, develop and penetrate into E-commerce as well as deliver Brand objectives.
DIGITAL AND CREATIVE SUPPORT
- To assist in the creation and adaptation of Monthly SIS banners and Campaign based banners needed for SIS and platform exposure
- To assist in creation adaptation of product images into platform required size and design
- Assist in creation of additional ad-hoc images when needed (organic posting)
- Plan and execute livestreams for SHOPEE and LAZADA
- Plan media list seeding together with marketing team
PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
- To assist in the creation and adaptation of Monthly SIS banners and Campaign based banners needed for SIS and platform exposure
- Maintain marketing calendar and liaise with enabler to ensure both parties are aligned
- To assist in dropping stocks and GWP orders on behalf of the team
- Monitor and flag out stocks which are nearly out of stock (OOS)
- To assist in customer service during mega campaign periods
- Schedule in-app broadcast/feed on SHOPEE and LAZADA
- Assist in admin and ad-hoc tasks assigned
OTHERS
- Raise Invoices for vendors (warehouse, vouchers, tax invoices, social media agency)
