Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Account Management: Create, delete, reset, and manage user accounts and access permissions in Windows/Active Directory and applications
- Request Processing: Review and implement user account requests, ensuring information accuracy and compliance with security policies
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of account changes for auditing and reference
- User Support: Respond to account-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Security Compliance: Follow protocols for secure access management and participate in user ID revalidation
- Team Collaboration: Work with IT teams and other departments to ensure timely, quality service delivery
- Issue Escalation: Identify and communicate problems requiring additional attention to appropriate support teams
Required Qualifications
- A full time matriculated student
- Able to commit a 5 weekday internship attachment with a minimum 3 months commitment , longer commitment beyond 3 months is welcomed
