Supporting and Assisting the Sales & Distribution team in the following areas,
1. Project Management support for all Sales initiatives and projects including product launches
•Assist in mapping and documentation of all sales-related process flows
•Assist in user testing based on sales’ requirements
•Analysis of data
•Any other documentation support
2. Campaigns and Events
•Provide support on tracking and reporting on marketing campaigns for all product lines.
•Assist with redemption process for marketing campaigns across all product lines.
•Assist in sourcing for vendors and service providers for marketing campaigns (i.e campaign gifts)
•Assist in drafting of SLAs with vendors depending on campaign requirements
•Assist in drafting of campaign terms & conditions
•Assist in research on competitor campaigns on a monthly basis
•Assist in all marketing events including roadshows, seminars
3. Support on organizing of all internal and external meetings including invites, booking and organization, meeting minutes and support in development of documentation for meetings
